244 Fluid's formulation includes cyclic silicones that eliminate oil and grease, making it a gentle makeup and adhesive remover. It can also be used as a thinner for silicone based foundations, giving them a sheer quality. To use as a remover, simply apply with cotton. Mix directly in with silicone based foundations.
